The Back of Store System Touch Screen is not Working
My touchscreen is not responding, how can I make it wake up?

- Make sure the USB A to B Cable is securely connected to both the computer and the Touch LED LCD Monitor.
- Power On/Off the Touch LED LCD Monitor by pressing the power button on the front right side. The power LED indicator light will be blue when the Touch LED LCD Monitor is on.
If after following these steps the SIS is still not fully functioning properly, please contact Smarter Sorting's support.
